Yeah, so far as I know 6/23/93 is the absolute pinnacle of the post-Terrapin jam, it really goes beyond any of the others that I've heard in terms of length and energy and travels through different musical ideas.

Based on not-at-all-comprehensive research, it seems like 10/18/89 has the first post-terrapin jam that departs from the composed theme. It's a pretty good example of the general template, which is Jerry using a midi horn or wind voice to explore melodic ideas while the band keeps a flowing rhythm underneath. It happens again, bigger and bolder on 12/6/89, and it becomes even more exploratory on the very percussion driven version of 3/15/90. Among other notable 1990 versions is the unusual 6/16/90 show where space came before drums.
